About Our Company
Baugh Construction Group is a Starkville-based construction and remodeling company founded in 2026 by Joseph Baugh, a Mississippi State University graduate in Building Construction Science. Rather than take his degree elsewhere, Joseph chose to stay in the community that shaped him and build a company focused on improving it, one project at a time. Backed by 4+ years of hands-on construction experience, we bring honest work and real craftsmanship to every job we take on.

We believe construction should feel personal, not transactional. Whether we're remodeling a kitchen, building an outdoor living space, or completing a commercial build-out, we treat every project like it's happening in our own backyard, because in a lot of ways, it is.
