At Baugh Construction Group, we believe great construction starts with genuine care, not just a contract. Joseph Baugh, is a Mississippi State University graduate with a degree in Building Construction Science. After graduating, he had the opportunity to launch his career anywhere, but chose to stay in Starkville and invest his skills in the community that gave him his start. With 4+ years of hands-on construction experience, Joseph founded the company in 2026 with a clear goal: to deliver quality work that strengthens the community he's committed to.
That commitment still drives everything we do. We approach every job, whether it's a kitchen remodel or a full commercial renovation, as an opportunity to build trust as much as we build spaces. Our goal isn't simply to complete a project. It's to leave Starkville, and the people we work with, better than we found them.
